To use this coupler correctly, simply trim your reusable bag before assembly. However, since canvas bags with sewn seams cannot be trimmed, they are not compatible with this item. Designed for versatility, this coupler is ideal for medium piping tips with a 3/4" bottom diameter. The 7/8" coupler ring fits 3/16", 1/4", and 5/16" pastry tubes, along with Ateco’s 231 large Bismarck tube, while the 1" coupler ring accommodates 3/8", 7/16", and 1/2" pastry tubes.
