Blisspod, Venetian Series, 3 person Sauna is Full Spectrum, Infrared Sauna. Full spectrum refers to the entire infrared spectrum: near infrared, mid infrared & far infrared. With the addition of near & mid infrared, you will get the maximum benefit from your Blisspod sauna.
