We take real cheddar cheese and toss it over freshly made, select popcorn. Then, we mix up our artisanal small-batch recipe of real caramel. It’s made in copper kettles over an open flame, hand stirred and then gently poured over fluffy, crunchy popcorn. Premium, sharp cheddar cheese corn and hand-crafted rich buttery caramel corn is the perfect blend of savory and sweet. Or as we like to call it, The Mix ®.
